Onde-onde Potato
Onde-onde is one of the most popular traditional snacks in Indonesia. This snack is usually found in traditional markets or street markets and is sold at a fairly cheap price. Onde-onde snacks have a fairly unique flavor, with a combination of sticky rice flour and also a delicious peeled mung bean filling.
Now this onde-onde itself comes from the city of Mojekerto, and is now very viral even in almost all regions in Indonesia we can find this snack because there are so many that sell it. Onde-onde is made from glutinous rice flour with a mixture of potatoes and also given a layer of sesame seeds on the skin. The delicious sweetness comes from the peeled mung beans, which are very tasty. I think anyone who enjoys it will definitely love it.
