Corn Tofu Donuts Crunchy
Some time ago the weather was quite hot in my area, the atmosphere made me want a cold drink. But when you want to see snacks there is absolutely nothing to enjoy today. As a result I want to make it from something that is in my refrigerator, namely tofu and corn. After thinking for a while the idea of making corn donuts by forming them from traditional molds has become today's alternative. Well, at first I doubted the shape would fit, especially the tragedy when I took my cake out of the mold, it was too difficult to remove it from the mold. Because of some I forgot to grease it with oil.
But who would have thought that after coating this cake with the outer skin, the results were very good. Even beyond my expectations, the shape is so similar to the original donut. Donuts that you usually enjoy are sweet and soft, however, there's nothing wrong, right? You try a variant of a donut that is crunchy, savory and spicy by dipping it with your favorite chili sauce. You can even spread a bit of your vegan mayonnaise at home. You know it's not easy to find vegan snacks out there, but there are so many vegan recipes that we can find from all over the world here. So something you don't normally see, try to make it interesting!
Ingredienst
1 piece of corn
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 chopped garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
To taste ground pepper

Cooking Steps
In making corn tofu donuts you need to pay attention to several steps to prepare, here are the cooking steps you need to see!
Step 1Puree the tofu using a fork, until smooth, don't use a blender.
Step 2Peel the corn until it's finished in a container, don't forget to wash it afterwards.
Step 3Stir the corn with the tofu until well mixed.
Step 4Add flour, then mix with a teaspoon of salt.
Step 5Add pepper powder and stir until evenly distributed.
Step 6After it is well mixed, prepare a greased mold then add it with a spoon.
Step 7After all is done, steam the dough for up to 20 minutes. Once cool remove from the mould.
Step 8Prepare wet flour, namely with water stirred thickly.
Step 9Then dip into the wet flour, then dip into the fanir flour.
Step 10Fry until brownish yellow. Then drain in a container.
Result
Corn tofu donuts are ready to be enjoyed, serve while hot with chili sauce. The taste is very delicious with a soft texture on the inside and crispy on the outside. Serve for your snacks at home with a fantastic taste of donuts with different nuances.
