Today I want to share a simple and healthy recipe for cooking red spinach
Spinach itself is my own favorite, apart from being fast for us to cook and for its benefits, don't doubt it friend
The benefits of red spinach :Contains very good fiber content, and can maintain intestinal performance,Can protect seo damage in our bodies, and many other benefits.
Cooking procedure
MATERIAL
- One bunch of red spinach
- Shallots 3 sium
- Garlic 1 sium
- Ginger 1 cm
- Tomatoes 1 bush
- Green chilies 4 pieces
- Red chilies 3 pieces
- Salt 1/5 tablespoon
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- Cabe rawit 20 buah
Step 1
First, we clean the red spinach, and slice the chilies and onions obliquely
Step 2
Heat the cooking oil, when it's a little warm, add the chilies and shallots
After a little wilt enter the tomatoes,And stir until evenly distributed
Then add the red spinach, and stir until evenly distributed
Add a little water according to taste
And a pinch of salt and correction for taste.
Then wait 1 minute for maturity, then ready to serve
