- Tempeh 1 pack
- red onion 4 sium
- garlic 2 sium
- 1 pack of vegan bango sweet soy sauce
- red chilies 5 pieces
- green chilies 5 pieces
- ginger 1 cm
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 lime leaves
- brown sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- cooking oil 1 oz
STEP 1
Slice onions, garlic, red chilies, green chilies
and cut tempeh into small squares
STEP 2
Heat the cooking oil, then add the tempeh
Fried tempeh until golden yellow, then remove
STEP 3
The rest of the tempe cooking oil earlier, we will cook the spices for us to mix into the fried tempeh.
Put the shallots, garlic,and ginger .
Then enter the red chilies, green chilies, bay leaves and lime leaves.
Add salt and sweet soy sauce
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and a little water.
Then stir until evenly distributed and wait 2 minutes.
Then add the fried tempeh to the spices.
Then stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed
