Good morning my vegan lovers how are you all doing i hope you all are doing great i made a delicious porridge beans with sweet potato and i want to share my recipe
We all know that beans and potatoes are very good for the body
My ingredients
255g of beans
1 big potato with 2 small size potatoes
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon grounded paper
1 cooking spoon of red oil
1 onion
5g of dry scent leaves
My procedure
Firstly I washed my beans thoroughly and put inside pot then i added two and half cups of water 591g of water i then set on fire to start cooking.
Secondly i started to pill the back of my potatoes and cut it into small pieces and wash it very well then i set aside waiting for the beans to cook
Thirdly i pill my onions washed it and sliced then set aside too
Fourthly it was about 30 minutes and my beans is very soft so i added my potatoes to cook too.
3 minutes later after i put my potatoes i added my red oil,add my chopped onions, paper, salt and i washed my dry scents leaves and put it inside the pot too and turn very well and leave it for like a minute am my porridge beans with sweet potato is ready to serve.
