This time the beet is the protagonist of her dish, presenting us with exquisite ravioli, served in a carrot celeriac sauce. It is a pleasure to read her posts and admire her creativity and excellent photos. This recipe is for any time of the year, but for sure in this season it will look great on our table. The Brand New PLANT BASED challenge

Although during the holidays we have been somewhat paused with the weekly contests, Plant Power returns this week with another challenge, this time very delicious, and this week's theme is: CRISPY YUMMINNES, because nothing is more delicious than feeling that crunch that precedes an explosion of flavors in our mouth.

We have chosen crunchy for this weekly challenge, because undoubtedly the foods that have this texture, give us happiness and joy to eat them, no matter if they are sweet or salty, it will always be rewarding to eat them. So we challenge you to be very creative and present us with a delicious 100% vegan recipe, based on this theme.

We hope you have a lot of fun with this new thematic challenge at HIVE!
