This crispy snack is always my target when buying snacks at the market, it tastes very crispy and crunchy, no wonder so many people like this crispy mushroom, even when I want to buy it at the market there are always many buyers until I have to queue, well today I will not queue for this crispy mushroom at the market but I will make it myself at home, with ingredients that are at home.
making snacks with ingredients at home is always my alternative when I want to eat snacks, and coincidentally at home there are enoki mushrooms and all-purpose flour I want to try making crispy enoki mushrooms that are crispy, like those sold in the market.
Crispy enoki mushrooms are actually very easy to make, you just have to mix all-purpose flour with cornstarch and I add a little baking soda so that the texture of the flour expands and the mushrooms become crispier when fried.
Materials used
1 pack of all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
enough water
Cooking procedure
I mixed all the flour and separated it into 2 parts, one part for wet flour and the other part I made into dry flour,As usual for wet flour, I add water little by little, until I feel the flour is ready to dip the enoki mushrooms.

The enoki mushrooms are ready to be served, I serve them on a serving plate, adding chili sauce as a complement to this dish, the crispy dish of enoki mushrooms is really delicious, anyone will definitely like it, from children to adults also like this dish.

The taste is just right, because I have used all-purpose flour so I don't add any other seasonings to the flour, because all-purpose flour already contains the spices or herbs needed.
