Moreover, when added with abundant cayenne pepper, this fried snack is very popular. I deliberately sprinkled green cayenne pepper so that when you bite into the fried food, you can feel the spiciness.
If you don't like spicy food, just dip it in regular sauce or tomato sauce. I often make these potato croquettes at home because the ingredients and method are very easy to make. The results are delicious. Who doesn't like making simple snacks like this? I think many of us want it, right?
I'm curious about my simple snack recipe today, this corn and flour based snack is really delicious if eaten during the day or made into a snack for school children's bekel, because I also often make bekel for my children from this corn.

Materials used
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of rice flour
3 curly red chilies
A pinch of salt
A pinch of mushroom stock
A pinch of ground pepper
1 stalk of spring onion
1 stalk of celery
1 clove of minced garlic
Manufacturing procedure
First of all, I open the corn husk and wash it until the corn is clean, I took the corn meat using a knife and shaved it slowly, I pour in the wheat flour, rice flour, salt, mushroom stock and ground pepper, I also add a little water, I stir all the ingredients until they are evenly mixed, after that I start to cut the celery leaves and red chilies too

After that, I put celery leaves and chopped red chilies into the mixture, then I heated the cooking oil and fried them until they turned brown. I fried them using just a spoon, friends.

RESULTS
This is the result of my fried corn fritters, my friends, while they were still hot I put them in a serving plate, I served them with hot sauce and lots of cayenne pepper on top, because my husband likes to eat these corn fritters with cayenne pepper, he doesn't like sauce so that's why I used a lot of cayenne pepper, even though he didn't eat all the chili, I still served a lot to make it more appetizing

When I first bite it, it's very crunchy, the corn is really felt, the sweetness is just right, the spiciness is even more so, plus the dipping sauce is very delicious, and I also tried eating it with green chilies, wow, it's very spicy, I can't eat it with chilies, I only dip it in sauce, let my husband finish the chilies hahaha
