This porridge is usually made by my mother, and today I really wanted to make it myself without my mother, because it happened that my mother was not at home, she was staying at my sister's house which is quite far from my house, and as a result I tried to make it myself because I have memorized the recipe because I have often seen my mother cook it from the past until now.
Corn porridge with a super delicious pandan leaf aroma
To make this corn porridge, I don't add many spices, I only add coconut milk to make it tasty, salt, sugar and cornstarch for thickness, and I think this porridge is very easy to make.

Materials used
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
60 ml instant coconut milk
2 pandan leaves
1 tablespoon cornstarch

First, I boiled water and until it boiled, I didn't forget to add pandan leaves to make it fragrant, while I peeled the sweet corn

RESULTS
After it's cooked, I serve it on my dining table. Well, this is the result, it's so tempting for me to try it. The combination of sweet corn and coconut milk makes this porridge even more savory with a sweet and savory taste from instant coconut milk. You can also use coconut milk directly from coconuts to make it more naturally savory. I happen to not have any coconut milk at home so I just use instant coconut milk.
