Ingredients
- 1/2 of a yam
- 2 ripe plantain
- Handful of vegetables
- 1/4 plate of oil
- 1/2 onions
- 2 grand pepper
- Handful of mushroom
- 1/4 table spoon of salt
procedure
I start by slicing the yam and plantain then I put it in the pot and pour water then set to boil as it was boiling I wash and slice the vegetable, mushroom and onions and keep all ready for use

Within 30 minutes the yam and plantain was ready, and I pout out the remaining water then I set it aside
I set pot to heat then pour red oil to it and allow to heat a little then I add the onions and pepper and stir
After that I added the mushroom and stir, when it is done I add the vegetable and stir then bring it down
Wow my recipe looks so appetizing and taste so nice after the cooking everyone that have a taste of it will demand for another one
