- 7 piece of pepper
- 1 spoon of salt

First I start by perboiling the spaghetti, while perboiling it I slice the plantains then I turn out the spaghetti from the pot
and set the pot to heat on a low heat then I added groundnut oil as I allow it to hear I mix the slice plantain with salt then I start frying it.
as I was frying it I slice my onion and grind
pepper after that I pour the onion inside the oil then add tomato and stir after that I add the perboiled spaghetti to it and add pepper and stir then I add small water and allow it to boil.

Now spaghetti is ready and I serve it with my fried unripe plantain
