- 1&1/2 of big yam
- 2 dry pepper
- 1 onion
- handful of mushroom
- 1/4 plate of oil
- handful of pumkin leaf
- and salt to taste
procedure
I start from slicing the yam
then after that i wash it and put it in a pot and set to boil
then i wash and slice the mushroom
and add it to boil with the yam
after that i get other things ready.
when it start boiling i start putting other things, i put pepper and onions
and salt to taste
as i allow it to boil, i slice my vegetables,
then i was thinking how it will be.
so when the yam is ready and soft i poured the oil into it
and then add the vegetables
and stir very well
then i serve the delicious yam to everyone it so good to taste and also appetizing, everyone enjoyed the food and eat to their satisfactions
