Ingredients;
- 300g of jackfruit seeds
- Three tablespoons of sugar
- A pinch of salt powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- Five tablespoons of grated coconut
The method of making;
First of all, the jackfruit seeds which has been thoroughly washed and cleaned, should be fried for twenty to thirty minutes on a low flame.
It should be fried like this while stirring. Fry till the peel comes off easily.
Keep the roasted jackfruit seeds aside for about 5 minutes.
The skin of roasted jackfruit peels off easily this way when pressed by hand.
Now put these jackfruit seeds in a mortar or grind them in a grinder. It should be grinded so that there are small pieces.
After grinding it into pieces, add sugar, pepper, salt and grated coconut.
Stir with your hand so that everything is well mixed.
After stirring this mixture well, it becomes moist. That is, due to the wetness of the grated coconut, this mixture can be kneaded by hand. Then make balls of the size you like and taste them.
