Here is another delicious recipe that I have brought to my dear friends. That means a bite. Bite often requires the necessary equipment to make it. But you can quickly make this bite without any equipment. let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Two teaspoons of chilli powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A handful curry leaves
- Half cup of bread flour
- Half cup of chickpea flour
- 90ml of water
- 150ml of oil
The method of making;
First add chickpea flour with bread flour.
Then add salt powder to it.
Now add chili powder and stir this mixture well.
Add water little by little and stir this mixture.
The well-stirred mixture should be runny.
We don't have the right equipment to make these bites. That is why we use a slightly thicker wax bag for this purpose. Or even a piping bag is suitable for this.
Add the slightly mixture to this bag and make a very thin hole in one corner of the bag.
Now, as a test, you can make it a little clear that this mixture flows gently without pressing it by hand. Because if we apply too much pressure with our hands, this may become a piping bag.
Now heat a pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, press this mixture with your hands and pour the oil in the pan.
Fry on low flame for about four minutes, turning both sides.
Now turn off the flame and add the curry leaves and remove from the heat within 30 seconds.
Add fried curry powder to the fried bites. In addition to this, I added sliced garlic and fried it. Because the taste of the bite really increases when you add this garlic.
Crush everything fried into small pieces.
The made bite is actually a very tasty and fragrant bite. Because garlic and curry powder is a flavoring agent as well as an aromatic agent. That's why the taste of the bites here is more. Very quick and easy to make. Since chickpea flour is added, the crispy can be kept well for two or three days.
