So today I have brought you a very different delicious sweet recipe.My dear friends may remember that in the past few days I have brought to share with you, some very delicious recipes with a different way of leftover rice. Today I am bringing you the same sweet dish that can be made from leftover rice. This is a really sweet.We call these 'puffed rice krispies'.Very tasty, quick to make and enjoy. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

• About 200gs of leftover rice
• One tablespoon of butter
• Half a cup of water
• A pinch of salt
• About three cardamom pods
• About 80 grams of sugar
• About 100ml of coconut oil

The method of making;

To prepare this sweet dish, we should prepare a tray and spread butter inside.

Now fry the 3 cardamom pods and remove the skin.

This is time leftover rice. This rice can be dried by washing the rest of the rice well, removing the pulp and leaving it in the sun to dry it. Otherwise, we can dry on low flame

Now heat a pan and add oil to this pan. When the oil heats up, add this leftover rice little by little and fry it.

It doesn't take long to get fry. So the best thing is to reduce the heat of the stove after the oil is well heated and fry it for two to three minutes.

Now heat another suitable vessel and add sugar to it.

Now add pinch of salt and roasted cardamom seeds.

Then add half a cup of water and dissolve this sugar well in normal flame.

This sugar will thicken to a paste when stirred well on medium heat.

When the sugar is melted properly, it should form a string when it is taken from the spoon.

Now add fried puffed rice.

Stir well and reduce the flame.

As soon as the butter has been added, stir it well and turn off the stove. After that, remove from the heat and put on a buttered tray.

After this mixture cools well, you can break the pieces as you like and taste them.
