So today is a day where you can spend more time with your loved ones. For this, I have come with a new recipe that you can make your family happy today. This is a recipe that everyone knows. But in a different form, a recipe made with a new twist. That is the pancake recipe. But the ingredients used are very few. But this is how to make the most delicious pancake. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Half cup of plain flour
- A pinch of salt powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
- A drop of green food colouring
- Two teaspoons of oil
- 50ml of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of yeast
- Half cup of grated coconut
- 40g of sugar
- A few cardamom seeds
The method of making;
Add the flour to the bowl and add two teaspoons of coconut oil to it.
Add yeast.
Then add vanilla.
After that add food coloring with salt powder to it.
All mix well.
Make a regular batter by gradually adding 30ml of water.
Let's keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Now let's make the coconut honey mixture. For that, caramelize some sugar in a pan.
Add the remaining sugar and dissolve.
Add grated coconut.
Add cardamom seeds.
Add 10ml of water and cook this sweet coconut mixture well for about two minutes.
Transfer to another container to cool.
Now let's make the pancakes. To do this, heat a pan and add a little oil to it. Wipe off the excess oil and then pour about two tablespoons of the pancake mixture into thin circles on low heat.
Keep some of the coconut milk mixture aside with the heat.
Fold as shown.
Press well with a fork.
