- 2 zanahorias, 1 taza de arroz, 1 diente de ajo, 1/2 cebolla, 1 ají dulce, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1 ramito de cebollín, aceite, 2 tazas de agua,sal al gusto, sabroseador.
- 2 carrots, 1 cup of rice, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 onion, 1 sweet pepper, 1 coriander sprig, 1 sprig chives, oil, 2 cups of water, salt to taste, tasty.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos el cebollín, cebolla, ají dulce, ajo y cilantro; pelamos y rallamos las zanahorias.
- Wash and cut the chives, onion, sweet pepper, garlic and coriander into small pieces; Peel and grate the carrots.
- En un sartén añadimos el aceite, calentamos y agregamos el ajo, cebolla y cebollín, sofreímos por 2 min a fuego medio.
- In a frying pan add the oil, heat and add the garlic, onion and chives, fry for 2 min over medium heat.
- Agregamos la zanahoria rallada.
- Add the grated carrot.
- Mezclamos y agregamos la taza de arroz, la sal al gusto y el sabroseador.

- Volvemos a mezclar.
- Mix again.
- Agregamos las 2 tazas de agua y el cilantro. Cocinamos a fuego medio.
- Add the 2 cups of water and the coriander. Cook over medium heat.
- Hasta reducir de agua, tapamos, apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- Until the water is reduced, cover, turn off and let stand.
