Chayote can also be bought anywhere, in markets, in supermarkets, and also in certain places, I am also very surprised that this chayote is sold at a fantastically cheap price, I bought it for 2000 rupiah per fruit, the chayote is quite big, just enjoy with my beloved family, if I buy it for 5000 rupiah, then I get 3 chayote squash, it's pretty cheap, friends.

🍁 ingredients:
☑️300 grams of squash.
☑️2 shallots.
☑️2 grains of garlic.
☑️1 cm ginger.
☑️2 green chilies.
☑️2 red chilies.
☑️1 teaspoon of salt.
☑️100 grams of mineral water.
☑️1 tomato.
🍁how to make:
☑️ peel the chayote skin, cut it according to taste, and also clean it thoroughly.
☑️ mince shallots, garlic, ginger, red chilies, green chilies, and tomatoes.
☑️Heat the oil, add the shallots and garlic,stir until slightly red.
☑️ add red chilies and green chilies, mix well.
☑️ add chopped tomatoes.
☑️ add chayote that has been cleaned and chopped, mix well.
☑️add salt.
☑️add water, stir well, wait until cooked.
