Kale is also very healthy and good for health, thankfully my family at home are all vegetable lovers, so I don't need to be confused about what menu to cook every day, because my family all like vegetables, here is a delicious and practical recipe for sauteed kale .
🌸 ingredients:
🔹300 grams of kale.
🔹4 red chilies.
🔹10 cayenne pepper (can be adjusted according to each person's taste of spiciness).
🔹 2 pieces of red onion.
🔹2 grains of garlic.
🔹1 tomato.
🔹1 teaspoon of salt.
🔹 mineral water 100 grams.
