The biggest democratic nation in the world is so called "INDIA" is recently in changing mode in their old laws and creating new bills to provide new constitutional democratic country .
NDA government part 2 is all set to fire old laws and bring India united with new concept . as we know Home Minister of India Mr Amit Shah is grown their image as Iron man2 of India . Just to clarify here Ironman of India was Sardar Ballav Bhai Patel who united India after Brith left declaring India an Independent Country .
Sardar Patel as Home Minister of India has performed great to make India strong and united but He missed out Jammu and Kashmir to integrate and later It became more controversial which we resolved the issue after 72 years and all the credit goes to Mr Amit Shah Ironman 2 .
370 Articles and 35 A was biggest hurdle to make India One Nation One Administration ,Many political leaders had different views on this articles . some of the parties leaders said Article 370 is just become stable in Indian Constitution and now we can not abolished this .
former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti and opposition party leaders farooq abdullah and their supporters had gave speech in public to not dissolved this article otherwise consequence will be dangerous but Mr Amit Shah never ever scared before and after ruled the country and on 5th August 2019, This bill was dismantle with big support from both parliamentary house .
Bjp (Bhartiya Janata Party ) led government was not stop after 370 end and soon after 3 months later, he brought the bill called Citizen Amendment Bill (CAB) which was most controversial bill because As per bill only minority from Pakistan,Bangladesh And Afghanistan can come to India and take Indian Citizenship but Muslims are not allowed to come to India From these Country because muslim are already living in islamic republic of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan where they are safe and secured.
As Mr Amit Shah stated in parliament that Hindus, Sikh, Christian , Parsi who are minority in those mentioned country can come to India and take Indian Citizenship as these minolrity are not safe . After Independent of India , Pakistan , Bangladesh had 20% Minorities but afetr 72 years , it reduces and in current year it was left 3-4 % which is also not well treated and forced converted .
Mr Amit shah has done splendid job so far as we know under his work as Home Minister Of India , Indian Parliament has passed 3 bills (Triple Talaq , 370, CAB ) which was almost impossible task to do .
Now Still they have in plan to create Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and Population control bills which also can be supported by Indian Public .
