Hello dear friends of #Hivecollectors, it's been a really long time since I uploaded content in this community, but while I was cleaning my room thoroughly I realized that I really had many items related to the Colombian singer Shakira, since I was her fan since I was eight years old, now I stopped being a fan because simply her music and style points to another target, but anyway I keep with much affection what I managed to accumulate over the years and I would like to share it with you.
Hola queridos amigos de #Hivecollectors, hace realmente mucho tiempo que yo no subo contenido en esta comunidad, pero es que mientras yo limpiaba mi habitación a fondo me di cuenta que realmente tenía muchos items referentes a la cantante colombiana Shakira, ya que fui su fan desde que yo tenía ocho años, ahora dejé de serlo porque simplemente su música y estilo apunta hacia otro target, pero de todos modos conservo con mucho cariño lo que logré acumular a lo largo de los años y me gustaría compartirlo con ustedes.
What I will show you below is part of Shakira's discography, what I call her “golden age” for that reason I only acquired the albums where Shakira maintained a purely bohemian, rock and alternative essence, with the exception of She Wolf, which has more electronic rhythms, but even so they were still songs that fit my musical tastes. I still lack the first Shakira albums: Pies Descalzos and Donde Están los Ladrones, which I couldn't get at that time, I had Dónde Están los Ladrones but in cassette format and unfortunately I don't know where it is. Obviously the first albums: Magia and Peligro are even more difficult to get here, I think you can only get them in Colombia.
Esto que les mostraré a continuación es parte de la discografía de Shakira, lo que yo llamo su "época de oro" por esa razón yo solo adquirí los discos donde Shakira mantenía una esencia netamente bohemia, rockera y alternativa, a excepción de She Wolf, el cuál tiene ritmos más electrónicos, pero aún así todavía eran canciones que encajaban en mis gustos musicales. Todavía me faltan los primeros discos de Shakira: Pies Descalzos y Donde Están los Ladrones, los cuales no pude conseguir en esa época, yo tenía Dónde Están los Ladrones pero en formato Casette y lamentablemente no sé donde está. Obviamente los primeros discos: Magia y Peligro son aún más difíciles de conseguir aquí, creo que solo se pueden conseguir en Colombia.
Something that I keep with special affection is this album of stamps that my mom gave me when I was about 16 years old, this kind of albums were very popular in my country (Venezuela) at that time, and what I liked most about it is that not only you could keep images of Shakira, but also had a lot of information about her, her biography and her artistic projects.
Algo que conservo con especial cariño es este album de estampitas que me obsequió mi mamá cuando yo tenía unos 16 años, este tipo álbumes eran muy populares en mi país (Venezuela) en esa época, y lo que más me gustaba de este es que no solo podías conservar imágenes de Shakira, sino que también poseía mucha información acerca de ella, de su biografía y sus proyectos artísticos.
And finally I am going to show you a couple of copies of the collection of Shakira dolls that Mattel launched in 2003. I like them a lot because they had outfits and looks that recreated the ones Shakira used in her music videos, the first one was a gift from my mom, it is Shakira with curly hair and a look similar to the ones she used in concerts when singing “Suerte” and the second one I bought it myself also in the official Mattel store for a really low price, it was really cheap, so much that I was surprised, it came with a guitar and a microphone.
Y por último les voy a mostrar un par de ejemplares de la colección de muñecas de Shakira que lanzó Mattel al mercado en el 2003. Me gustan mucho porque ellas tenían atuendos y looks que recreaban a los que usó Shakira en sus videos musicales, la primera fue un regalo de mi mamá, es Shakira con el cabello rizado y un look parecido a los que usaba en conciertos a la hora de cantar "Suerte" y la segunda la compré yo misma también en la tienda oficial de Mattel por un precio realmente bajo, estaba realmente barata, tanto que me sorprendió, venía con una guitarra y un micrófono.
Anyway, this is all I keep about Shakira, and the truth is that I really enjoyed doing this post because in a way I connected again with my past self, the little girl and teenager who had many dreams in her head 😄. Thank you all for reading my post. Blessings 🤗
