Hello Hive friends ☺ I join this challenge to tell you what are the most celebrated holidays in Bulgaria. For me it's the Christmas holidays of Christmas Eve and Christmas. As you know I don't live in Bulgaria and when this time of the year comes I really miss the old times when we all used to get together and make big preparations and the illusion was great. We didn't have great opportunities for much, but what was there was always very tasty. Traditionally there are 7 meatless meals, but we did not have so many but there was always a pitka (typical Bulgarian bread that when it is made inside you put a coin in it and whoever finds it will have money in the next year) and my favorite, baklava (typical Turkish dessert, but in Bulgaria we also make it a lot for parties)☺
Hola amigos de Hive ☺ Me uno a este reto para contaros cuáles son las fiestas más celebradas en Bulgaria. Para mí son las fiestas navideñas de Nochebuena y Navidad. Como sabéis no vivo en Bulgaria y cuando llega esta época del año echo mucho de menos los viejos tiempos en los que todos nos reuníamos y hacíamos grandes preparativos y la ilusión era grande. No tuvimos grandes oportunidades para mucho, pero lo que había siempre era muy sabroso. Tradicionalmente hay 7 comidas sin carne,pero nosotros no teníamos tantas pero siempre había una pitka (tipico pan bulgaro que cuando se hace dentro se mete una moneda y quien la encuentra va a tener dinero en el próximo año) y no puede faltar mi favorita baklava (típico postre turco,pero en Bulgaria también lo hacemos mucho para fiestas)☺
Здравейте Hive приятели ☺ Включвам се в това предизвикателство за да ви кажа и разкажа кои за мен са най празнуващите празници в България. За мен това са Коледните празници Бъдни вечер и Коледа. Както знаете аз не живея в България и когато дойде това време от годината много ми липсват старите времена когато се събирахме всички и се правеше голяма подготовка и вълнението беше голямо.Не че и тук не ги правим тези неща,но не е същото. Не сме имали големи възможности за много, но каквото и да имаше винаги беше много вкусно. По традиция са 7 постни ястия, но при нас не бяха толкова но пък винаги имаше питка с паричка и няма как и без любимaта ми баклава☺
And you can not miss the banitsa (made with puff pastry, eggs, feta cheese, yogurt) For the new year is made with slips of paper and on each one you write what you are going to have in the next year. The banitsa when it is ready is cut into portions and on each one you put different wish and you also put a coin.You turn it a few times and then everyone chooses a piece and see what he will get next year ☺ We used to make it both for Christmas and New Year. What Bulgarian doesn't like banitsa 🤭❤.
Y tampoco puede faltar la banitsa ( se hace con hojaldres, huevos,queso feta, yogur) Para el año nuevo se hace con papelitos y en cada uno se escribe lo que vas a tener en el próximo año. La banitsa cuando esta lista se corta a porciones y en cada uno se pone diferente deseo y también se le pone una moneda.Se gira unas cuantas veces y después cada uno elige un trozo y mira que le va a tocar el próximo año ☺ La hacíamos tanto para Navidad como para Año Nuevo. A qué búlgaro no le gusta la banitsa 🤭❤

Besides the food, of course the snow brings the atmosphere. I love waking up in the morning to the smell of fresh air, the fireplace burning and snow falling outside. I remember my first Christmas in Mallorca great heat 25 degrees it was and it was like summer 😣 Don't believe,here it's hot all year round and here we freeze even at 14 degrees 😂 Because of the humidity it feels less and me as I'm cold 🤭The snow in winter I definitely miss it, but especially at Christmas.... Además de la comida, por supuesto la nieve aporta el ambiente. Me encanta despertarme por la mañana con el olor del aire fresco, la chimenea encendida y la nieve cayendo fuera. Recuerdo mis primeras navidades en Mallorca gran calor 25 grados era y era como el verano 😣 No creas,aquí hace calor todo el año y aquí nos congelamos incluso a 14 grados 😂 Por la humedad se siente menos y yo como soy friolera 🤭La nieve en invierno definitivamente la extraño, pero sobre todo en las Navidades.. Освен храната за атмосферата принася и разбира се снега. Много обичам сутрин когато се събудя и да ми мирише на чист въздух,камината да е запалена и навън да вали сняг.За мен Коледа без сняг е все едно не е Коледа. Помня първата ми Коледа в МАЙОРКА голяма жега 25 градуса беше и все едно беше лято 😣 Не си мислете,че тук е топло цяла година и тук мрем от студ дори и на 14 градуса 😂 Заради влагата се усещат по-малко и аз както съм зиморничева 🤭Снега през зимата определно ми липсва, но най-вече на празниците.. Надявам се поста да ви е харесал ☺
