Well This Sucks
I have been here now 27 hrs. Tuesday nine
With an interstate highway running above my head. The noise has been pure madness.
As you can see by the shit photography below I am sitting here just a mile from the Port of Tampa Florida. At an NTW (National Tire Whrs)
I just sent this e-mail below to the people who are paying me $250
Unloading status update.
As of now 7:45 am the NTW computer systems are still down nationwide. They have been since 3 pm Sunday.
They backed me into an unloading dock but do not have the dock space to unload this many tires and not rack & stack them adding them into their (computer) inventory as they do so.
A few other trucks with smaller amounts such as the Averitt trucking delivery that had an LTL of 100 tires was just now able to unload.
They are still unsure of when/if we will get unloaded. They did give me permission to drop the trailer (unhook while it is in this load dock) to go to store/restaurant. I might do that at lunch time for a hot meal to eat if still stuck here. One can only eat so many peanut butter sandwiches... 🥪 🥪 😳 🥪 🥪

Shitty Irony
I got this bullshit common cold from my neighbor who had just came back from a 7 day holiday Petri Dish Cruise Bahama Cruise. I was helping him load some stuff in his truck and he was shoulder to shoulder with me. He coughed a few times. I asked him if that was what he brought back for me for Christmas from his vacation. He laughed and said he did come back with a flu bug. How fucking ironic is it that 24 hrs later I had a sore throat and fever? How ironic is it also that the port shown above is the very port my neighbor used to board the cruise ship?
That Asshole can load his truck by himself from now on.
The Bozos in White Coats Brigade are now telling us we can be infected by our pet cats. Yep the clowns just keep getting goofier. Bunch a fucking JOKERS These so called "Medical Professionals" have become.

I figure the people who also snap a few quality challenged fotos might understand and give me some words of wisdom and encouragement or not and laugh while pointing the finger at me. Anything is better than this mind numbing traffic noise and the tik toc of the layover clock.
