Aquadac continues to grow in value and continue to morph in what it can be in the lives of participants. This year we want to provide the space for weekly accountability meetings, taking last seasons productivity focused to the next level, where we will compress a years worth of work into 12 month.

We had naturally evolved into a format similar to this, so now we will work more precisely with this 12 week format.

This will involve telling us your weekly focus as picking the inputs that we will measure. We will focus on these lead indicators, and review each week how well we have executed, but not the results.

Each week, you share with the group how you did on your inputs.

We'll celebrate weekly wins, and save reviewing key stats for the end of the 12 weeks.

tl;dr: We set individual goals around a common theme to co-manifest in 12 weeks, and meet each week to log our progress and set new goals.
