Yesterday watching a video of Bob Proctor about the law of vibration he mentioned this sentence from Albert Einstein that got my attention:
Everything is energy and that's all there is to it.
Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.
It can be no other way. This is not philosophy, this is physics.
This is something that actually we are all aware of it, although some people more consciously than others. When we encounter somebody who is rude to us we frequently say "I don't like his energy" and the same on the opposite way when we see someone with a positive attitude and we feel good being surrounded by them, then we say " I really like your energy".
We can easily recognise the energy of other people, even animals or the energy of the place that we are at. Nevertheless is more difficult to recognise the energy that we have. **The frequency in which we vibrate. **
For example, are you aware in which frequency are you vibrating when you are complaining about something? Or gossiping about other people? Or when you say the words (in Spain I listen to this frequently) I don't have enough money?
In my past I was not aware of this. Now, maybe because I am also a NLP practitioner, I pay a lot of attention to my dialogue. Specially to my internal dialogue because I know that's the one that goes to the subconscious mind and from where I create my reality.
Another thing that I started doing since I have been more aware of my vibration and of which is the reality I want is being more constant on my "vibration practices". What I mean for this is that I spend x amount of time daily in feeling in my body the energy of the results I want to achieve.
A couple of months ago I started repeating a mantra and feeling it that was "Money comes easily and
abundantly to me". Just after a week I was getting new opportunities to make money easily! But you know what happened? I stopped repeating this mantra as soon as I started to see results. And these opportunities faded away.
Now I know that repetition is the key.

Todo es energía y eso es todo.
Acompaña la frecuencia de la realidad que quieres, y no podrás evitar obtener esa realidad.
No puede ser de otra manera. Esto no es filosofía, es física.
Esto es algo de lo que, en realidad, todos somos conscientes, aunque algunas personas de forma más consciente que otras. Cuando nos encontramos con alguien que es grosero con nosotros solemos decir "no me gusta su energía" y lo mismo en sentido contrario cuando vemos a alguien con una actitud positiva y nos sentimos bien al estar en su compañía, entonces decimos "me gusta mucho su energía".
Podemos reconocer fácilmente la energía de otras personas, incluso de los animales o la energía del lugar en el que nos encontramos. Sin embargo, es más difícil reconocer la energía que tenemos. La frecuencia en la que vibramos.
Por ejemplo, ¿eres consciente de en qué frecuencia estás vibrando cuando te quejas de algo? ¿O cuando cotilleas sobre otras personas? ¿O cuando dices las palabras (en España lo escucho con frecuencia) "No tengo suficiente dinero"?
En mi pasado no era consciente de esto. Ahora, quizás porque también soy practicante de PNL, presto mucha atención a mi diálogo. Especialmente a mi diálogo interno porque sé que es el que va a la mente subconsciente y desde donde creo mi realidad.
Otra cosa que he empezado a hacer desde que soy más consciente de mi vibración y de cuál es la realidad que quiero es ser más constante en mis "prácticas de vibración ". Lo que quiero decir con esto es que dedico x cantidad de tiempo diariamente a sentir en mi cuerpo la energía de los resultados que quiero conseguir.
Hace un par de meses empecé a repetir un mantra y a sentirlo que era "El dinero me llega fácil y abundantemente ".
Al cabo de una semana ya tenía nuevas oportunidades de ganar dinero fácilmente. ¿Pero sabes qué pasó? Dejé de repetir este mantra tan pronto como empecé a ver resultados. Y estas oportunidades se desvanecieron.
Ahora sé que la repetición es la clave.
