I will be describing Conscious living in the following aspects of Life.
Exercise:
reflect ones innermost body and make you agile, if an individual who does not love exercising is out on a field, maybe for the first time what would merely occur to him will be his muscles paining him since he is not used to exercising, the same thing applicable to Conscious living, when he who does not know how to live a life of beneficial maybe he is someone who is always parasitic in Nature, you will see him Start to feel somehow, as it is not the right thing for him to do.
Enjoyment:
When you know what enjoyment is all about, living consciously will be clear to you, good as you may be enjoying but it will be much better giving others the same privileges, right to reflect also, when a man is Happy that man will be healthy, one thing I used to observed in a man's life is the happiness part, when he is truly happy positive advantage will take place but when he is sad, so will it be, negative will prevail at all costs. Therefore, being conscious is being happy and enjoyable therefore, it is advisable that one's stay Happy at all costs.
Visit:
Taking sometimes to go visit families and friends is also an added advantage to a person's Conscious living, if you are the type that loves visiting families and friends, it automatically means, you are reflecting on conscious living, in the sense that, the people's you visit will have it in mind that on so so day, you came visiting, that will develop a sense of belonging in them and truly one of the best principles of conscious life.
Knowledge:
is power and power is knowledge, when you are fully equipped with life threatening issues, ways to slove them and how to go about it, if need arises, you will know what to do when you are face with consciousness, anyone who has knowledge will not fall a victims of circumstance, and consciousness will be his name all times.
Confirmation:
Taking time an going through the activities you undergo if it going according to plan is also a way of reflecting conscious living, when you take time to confirm your activities, it mean all your plans will be accordingly and well served.
