Not everyday is a glory, there are times when we need to create our own Sunshine.
There are times when we feel whatever we are doing is not what we want, but we are sure this is not what we want? No matter whatever we do the feeling of satisfaction is not there and your heart just does not feel happy about it.
This is what is exactly happening to me right now. One of the HR project that I have on hand, I am just not feeling very happy about it. Deep in my heart I know that I am done with this work, but somewhere could not let it go for whatever reasons. But then 2 days back I decided that's it, and informed the Company management team that I will like to discontinue my services. We have mutually agreed on 3 more months to complete some pending work but then that's it. After doing this discussion I am feeling so relieved, like as if I have a big burden off my shoulders.
After 3 months I am not really sure what I will be doing, but for sure not this. I need to figure out. I have some ideas and I will see which one suits best for me. I am talking to some people also to check out on opportunities of my interest. I want to do something Creative, and I am going to put my mind around it to see what works best for me.
It is important for all of us to acknowledge our feelings, to understand what we really want to do in life. There is no point in dragging over on things that does not bring a smile to our face. Thankfully I have been able to take this decision, though not really knowing, what next. But I am sure, doors will open up. I have full faith on my capabilities and that will lead me in the direction where I feel good and happy about what I am doing.
In my last post I did mention I am going to break my patterns and for that I will need to come out of things that hold me back. I have to be open to explore the unknown territories. For the 1st time I am quitting something without not having anything in hand, but then it is making me so unhappy that I do not think by continuing I will do justice to my own self.
Keeping my fingers crossed for the new vision that I am all ready to get into.
