It is affecting us in several ways, but we are still using it a lot nowadays. Most people have weak eyesight due to using their phones a lot.
Our screen time is a lot. It is destroying our physical health. Using the phone a lot can cause headaches, shoulder and neck pain, and eye strain. It also disturbs our sleep, and we know how important sleep is for our health.
PIn order to be healthy, we should sleep properly, but due to our mobile phones, we don't have sleep, which is destroying our physical health. It also destroys our mental health.
Using the phone a lot can lead to depression, anxiety, and a feeling of loneliness.p It also creates unreal, imaginary comparisons. It can cause difficulty concentrating. It becomes difficult to concentrate, so it destroys our mental health in ways that we don't know.
Spending too much time on phones can weaken our relationships, and it can also cause us to neglect interactions. Mobile phone notifications can also be very distracting.
For example, when there is a notification, we check our phones, which distracts us from doing our work. So we should not use our phones a lot because it is harmful for us. Its rays are also harmful for us, so we should limit our screen time.

We should set daily limits, which can help us. We should engage ourselves in other activities in order to lessen our screen time. We should play outdoor games instead of mobile games.
We should make time for our hobbies and exercise and spend our time with our family if we are bored, or we can go for a walk in the park.
We should take information from our phones instead of using Instagram social media apps. Mobile phones are tools; they can be used for good and bad; it depends on the person, so we should use them for good;
we should take advantage of them, but we are getting harm from them, so we should be very careful; and we should also stop using phones a lot and care about our physical and mental health because health is wealth.
