Bro Eli made us understand that Our soul does not die but our body do
Matthew 10 : 28 here the bible made us understand that we should not be afraid of any man who can just kill the body and not the soul.
The bible made it clear to us that we should only be afraid of him who can kill both the body and the soul.
Revelation 2 : 17 here the bible is trying to make us understand that we should listen and understand what spirit of God is saying to the church
Revelation 1 : 11 here the made us to understand that there are seven churches in Asian and God was speaking saying he is the Alpha and the omega. He admonish us to take his word which is the bible and send it to the seven churches in Asia.
1Corinthians 15 : 52 here the bible made us understand that God is the resorection it's saying that on the last day when the trumpet of God will sound the dead will be raisin that is how powerful our God is. He Is the only God who can destroy both the body and the soul.
Roman 3 : 4 here the bible made us understand that God can never lie here the bible is saying let every man be a lier and let only God be ture. Here I understand that God can never the bible also made us understand that God cherish his word than heaven and earth because he tells us that even if heaven and earth will pass away his word remains the same what a mighty God we serve.
The bible also warns us about evil prophet who will speak and claim it is God that is speaking through them here in
1 John 4 : 1 here I understand that we should not believe every spirit but we should as brethren try every spirit if it is from God.
I was also to understand by Brother Eli in the Catholic pasiong that it is only before God Almighty that we should bow down to and not man nor any image.
Act 17 : 29 the bible made us understand that we should not think that our God Almighty who made the heaven and the earth is like a carved image gold etc.
Hebrew 4 : 12 here I learnt that the soul and the spirit is different.
