Hello friends this is what I learnt from the service.
The main focus of the service was on the assembly of the brethrens (Gathering). Gathering is every important as the body of Christ is concern that is why the Bible stated that we should not despise the gathering of the saints.
And the main purpose of gathering as Christians is to exhort one another in Psalms and hymns and also through the word of God. Gathering together helps us to also know the current situation of our fellow brethren and also to always assist when the needs may rise.
When we are gathered together as children of God we must always provoke ourselves to love and doing good works because it is the commandments of God
Exhorting one another through the word of God is very important, remember the Bible stated that faith cometh by hearing and hearing God's word. So the word of God must be an integral part of our gathering as children of God. We must teach ourselves the doctrines of God through the bible and also teach ourselves how to remain steadfast in the faith. Remember the race is not to the swift, so therefore we can be the ladder through which we grow.
Regardless of wealth or financial condition, everyone should be treated with dignity in God's house. In the house of God, there are those who are truly poor, and they should not be made or treated any differently than others.
Sing praises to God is another important thing we must do remember the Bible stated that God inhabits in the praise of His people. So it is always good to reverence God through praise and worship. It is a channel through which we can access His full glory and majesty and also make Him work in our lives.
Important Points Gathered.
The Bible says where two or three are gathered in His name He is there. So the gathering of the saints is very important.
When we are Gathered we must always show love to one another.
We must always exhort ourselves in Psalms and hymns. Singing praises to God.
We must always teach the word of God. The word of God are His doctrines and His ways through which we can have a good and sustainable life on earth.
