Prayer and faith are two different words, with two different meanings but they work hand in hand. Anyone who wants to pray unto God has to have faith in Him. Praying unto Him means that you trust Him enough to be able to do what you want or give you the things you want so there should be no form of doubt.
If you really want to receive what you have been wanting from God, you have to pray in faith. Do not have any doubt that God can do what you want Him to do for you. To be honest, there are so many prayers that should have been answered by God but many times, He chooses not to answer those prayers because you do not have faith in Him. If you do not have faith in Him, why are you now praying unto Him?
Philippians 4:6 says; Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
This is written in the Bible but said by Apostle Paul. Nevertheless, it is God who told you not to have anxiety about anything as long as you have prayed unto Him.
I am one of those people who pray and feel relieved after prayer. That means I trust God and put my faith in Him. Then, leave God to do what He wants to do for me.
And when you pray, you need to carry out good deeds. If you want something from someone, you have to follow His requests and His commandments. God is the one who told us to ask and He shall give them unto us so there is no reason for us to panic.
When you pray, do not get scared. Just be patient and wait for God to give you what you want.
