Our Father in heaven loves it when His children obey His commandments. That is what we can do to be in the will of God. We have to keep the commandments of God. That is the whole duty of man. Our entire purpose is to obey the commandments of God. Our purpose of creation is to live in accordance with the purpose of God. That purpose of God is seen in the commandments of God.
The Bible contains the commandments of God. When we follow what is written in the Bible, we will be able to fulfill the purpose of God. We will be able to do the commandments of God as we listen to the doctrines of Jesus Christ. Obedience to the will of God is in being obedience to the doctrines which are written in the Bible.
There is no other way to live and please God without obeying His commandments. When we obey what God tells us that is when we are doing His will. Many people are living in disobedience to God because they are not following His commandments. So, to follow God’s commandments, we must obey His commandments.
