Evil spirit can manifest themselves into different forms and different creatures. They can physically walk on the earth. Angels can appear on earth when God gives them specific assignments. Evil spirits are fallen angels. So, they can appear on the earth and can touch people.
These evil spirits cannot touch those who belongs to God. These are the disciples of Jesus Christ. These are they who have given their lives to Jesus Christ and accepted His doctrines. These are they who live their lives according to the commandments of God. For these ones, the evil one cannot touch them.
1 John 5:18 (KJV) We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
There are evil spirits everywhere in the world. There are the cause of all the numerous problems which is troubling the world today. It is because man have refuse to follow the doctrines of God and to keep His commandments, that is why the devil and his agents have the power to afflict them.
They that follow Jesus Christ, He keeps them from the evil one. The evil one cannot torment them. The evil spirits might be touching other people in the world but those whose lives have been given to Jesus Christ cannot suffer any attack from the evil one. So, evil spirits cannot touch the people who are the true disciples of Jesus Christ.
