Glory be to Almighty God for the zoom meeting held by MCGI on 2nd November, 2023, which I was opportune to attend. I learned a lot as usual, and it would gladden my heart, if others can also learn something from it. Please, stay tuned
As Christians, we are keen about the salvation of the scriptures, and if what we are all looking for at the end of salvation is to be saved, then we need to believe in him and his words. Romans 10:4, I Corinthians 15:1-2
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth
Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain
The scriptures enlightened us that Jesus is the end of the law of righteousness to those that believe. We hear the gospel all the time. We've been listening to the doctrines, which means we know how to differentiate between good and evil, and right from wrong. If we hold onto those words firmly, we are saved already, if not, then we've believed in vain
Hebrew 4:12For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart
God's word is filled with power. It has the ability to enter deep into us if we give it the chance and we open our heart to it. Faith comes by hearing. The word of God is living. When we hear the word, it lives in us, and we would be able to ascertain whether the word truly live in us or not, because faith comes by hearing according to Romans 10:17
Action speaks louder than voice
Action doesn't have mouth to speak, and yet speaks louder than voice. Our manner of life can speak and proclaim. Our relationship with others, love for others, the help we render, the good we do, and our manner of life can speak for us and give life to people in darkness. That's what God wants from us. He wants us to be light. 1 peter 2:12
Conduct yourselves with such honor among the Gentiles that, though they slander you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day He visits us
By the good you do. By your actions of good deed, they will glorify God and praise him. The true God that we serve is revealed through the life of those that received him. That's our obligation

Are you a good father/mother?
A social experiment was conducted, and there were different answers to the question. However, no one claimed to be a bad father or mother. Everyone is good in his own eyes. But what does the scriptures say concerning that
?
Ephisians 6:4Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord
We must nurture our children and bring the up in God's way. It's the obligation of the father as the Bible commanded. Father's should not make their children angry. They should not be spanked unreasonably. They must be brought up in a godly way. They must be taught on the nature and admonition of the Lord. We must not course them. If you want your prayers to be answered as parents, you must not course or provoke your children. The relationship of the family should be on the doctrines. Bro Eli used himself as an example. He mentioned that he had trained more than a 100 children and they all work on the path of the Lord, because all the training and the teachings he gave them was based on the doctrines. He mentioned brother Daniel Kuya as one of them, and we saw for ourselves the glory of God in brother Daniel's life
The bible also urges parents to care for their family, because it's their obligation to care for their household. 1 Timothy 5:8
Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever
Anyone who fails to provide for his family is worse than an unbeliever
We were also obliged to always show mercy to others, because anyone that is merciful will also recieve mercy according to Matthew 5:7. We should never get weary of helping others
We thank God for his words. May it have a place in our heart and dwell there in

Join the mass indoctrination starting on 6th November 2023, and learn the doctrines of our lord Jesus Christ.
Thanks for reading.
