Welcome to my post.
Today is a happy day because I joined the third day of the mass indoctrination.
I am happy to be part of the session because I have learned many new things that I do not know before. I do not know how many days the mass indoctrination last for, but I pray that I continue to attend it to the last day. I want to learn everything I can learn from it.
I want to give special thanks to brother Eli Soriano for sharing the doctrines of Christ with us. What I learned from the session today below:
- Prayer is a way of communicating with God. When we pray, we should go straight to the point and we should not repeat our sentences.
- the best way to pray is by kneeling down. When praying, we should kneel down as in the position that is seen below.
- there are certain places and reasons we should not kneel down to pray. For example, a person that is obsessed and unable to kneel down can sit down and pray. When we are in the dinning table, we can sit down and pray. When we go out to the stadium or a place that is filled with people, we can stand and pray. God has a exceptions for this law.
before we pray, we should forgive anybody that offended us
when a woman is praying, she should not leave her hair open. She should make sure that her head is covered.
- when a man is praying, he should leave is head open.
- the man is the head of the woman, Christ is the head of the man and God is the head of Christ.
The Bible verse that was shared in the mass indoctrination is;
Mark 11:24-25 NIV
[24] Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. [25] And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
Matthew 6:7 NIV
[7] And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
1 Corinthians 11:4-5 NIV
[4] Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. [5] But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is the same as having her head shaved.
1 Corinthians 11:3 NIV
[3] But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.
Thank you a lot for reading.
