God did not choose the earth to put man and other creations in it, but He intended it to be man’s dwelling place in the universe (Acts 17:26).

The Bible is the ONLY book I recommend to members and non-members alike (Isaiah 34:16; 2 Timothy 3:15-17).

Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
2 TIMOTHY 3:15-17
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
The writing and reading of other books can be tiresome and most of the times in vain (Ecclesiastes 12:12).

And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.
The book you mentioned carries with it some wrong thoughts and ideas of the author; although ordinary people who are not knowledgeable about the whole truth in the Bible may appreciate it, but I would say, that there are errors in the idea of the author in some points of the book.

He has begotten our Lord Jesus Christ from His being to be His delight; just like a physical father who wanted to have a child for His delight (Proverbs 8:30; Matthew 17:5).
