What sins are you committing? Is it a known sin or an unknown sin. Sins you commited willingly or those that you are unconscious about? You do not have to worry because if you go before the Lord in prayer asking him to pardon and forgive you for your sins, he will surely forgive you if you genuinely ask for forgiveness.
Asking God to forgive you all depends on you because real forgiveness is emanated after you leave your bad ways behind and start doing the will of God. In our cleansings and asking him for forgiveness, It mist be followed by actions and not just the words of the mouth alone.
And above all, if you want God's forgiveness, you must also find a place in your heart to always forgive and forget those who have wronged you. In the holy book we were made known that God will forgive us if we forgive others of their sins but he will not forgive us if we refuses to forgive others.
