God's word is understood by humans through the intervention of the God's spirit, for no man understands the things of a man except is Spirit, so is the spirit of God that searched the things of God yet the deep things of God.
This is a thorough teachings about how best we can understand and interpret the word and teachings of God... as Apostle Paul would admonish us saying....
that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plottingEphesians 4:14***
Just like what Jesus said that in the last days many shall be lovers of themselves for the love of many will wax cold deceiving many including the very elect.
In Ephesians 4:14 the Bible tells us nit to be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrines by the trickery of men in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plot, in trying to interpret the Bible men will try to sugar coat God's word adding and subtracting to and from it, the Bible says woe unto them..
Just like in Psalm 94:11 the Bible says that God knows the thought of men that they are vanity, so how can such a heart be able to comprehend and interpret God's word genuinely without cutting corners for selfish gains....
1corin.1:19 God says he will destroy the wisdom of the wise and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent, so man in his very small nature can not be able to decipher the God's word in its entirety, that's why we need the help of the holy spirit just like the Bible says
1 Corinthians 2:11-12
[11]For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
[12]Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
There is wisdom in understanding God's word according to his own interpretation [the Holy n spirit] which we should rely on and not according to our own understanding
It is the spirit of God that helps us to be able to understand his word very well and in the right context which it ought to me and not according to my own lay man understanding, also as we see
1Corinthians 1:20-21
[20]Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
[21]For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
