Here are the things I learnt from the teaching
Husband should give what is due to his wife and the wife to her husband. Wife should never deny her husband .
wife do not have power over her own body, husband and wife are to control themselves when they want to devote themselves to prayers and fasting, they should practice control for a certain period there are time of abstainance. Fasting is a special way of asking from God.
God listens to prayer
The fasting the Bible chose is to loose the bound of wickedness, if you will fast loose the bound of wickedness in you, when you fast share your bread with the hungry, give clothes to the naked, do not deprive your fellow men, hide not yourself from your fellow men.
When you fast it should be known to you and God, you should not be showing it to everyone, it God who sees in the secret that will reward you openly.
Whoever look at a woman lustfully has committed adultery in his heart, there is a way a woman should dress, you are not to expose your body,
Men are to give honor to the women, man should not uncover his wife when she’s in her monthly period, husband and wife should dwell together in knowledge,
The husband is the head of the wife, wife should be submissive to her husband. The role of the man is as a president.
A man who fail to provide for his household has disown the faith, such man is worse than an
A man who pray covering his head dishonor his head, a woman who pray covering his head dishonor her head. If a woman has long hair it is a glory to her, if a man keep long hair it is dishonor to him.
The gospel of Christ is if a man pray covering his head dishonor his head.
The woman is the glory of the man the woman is created for the man. It is a sign of authority on her head. The covering on her head is the sign of authority which means she in submission to Christ and her husband. The covering given to the woman is the hair on her head.
If you find a good wife it is favor from God, a good wife is from God. The doctrine of Christ is for you to do to your wife what should be done to you. You should look at your wife with love I. Your heart. Be not bitter to your wife, wives should also take good care of their body appear neat and beautiful before your husband always, you should have consideration for your husband.
