The way of the Lord is for a family to live within the limits of the gospel, everyone's concern is how to keep the family intact, how your family will stay as close together as possible. There's no other way than the way of the Lord, than living within the perimeters of the gospel because the True gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ teaches us everything we need to live life happily by.
The concern of all parents is to turn out children of Faith, children who are law-abiding and responsible.
Psalm 103:17 says;
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, And his righteousness unto children's children; To such as keep his covenant, And to those that remember his commandments to do them.
The fear of the Lord must be our way of life, and we must pass it on to our children, the fear of the Lord means to obey His will and to keep His commandments. This is the way God will show His mercy everlasting unto children's children, Ecclesiastes 12:13;
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
To fear God is not to dread Him but to rever Him, to show Him reverence which is by keeping His commandments.
To keep the commandments of the Lord and also teaching our children to do the same is the only way to keep the cohesion in the family.
Romans 7:2;
For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law.
There are laws that we have to live by and they are the Will and commandments of God, by the admonition of the Lord. Living within the law means a family in unity, a family intact where there would be no broken families on earth or domestic violence, if only the families of the earth will live within the laws of the Lord.
