The Church of God was established by Jesus Christ in the first century and the church is the institution of salvation.
According to the gospel of Jesus Christ the gentiles are members of the church and partakers of Jesus Christ, joining the church shows acceptance of Jesus Christ if we are doing the doctrine (righteousness) we are accepted by the Lord but if you are rejecting Jesus Christ and receiving not his words and not accepting the doctrine of God it means that we are rejecting Jesus Christ.
The term church in the Bible is the Church of God which is also record in the bible.
We the gentiles how are we going to join the Church of God because according to the Bible everyone is a gentile and we are the members of the body which is the church.
we the gentile have to join the body which is the church for the gentile are fellow heirs of the promise of God.
