Today sermon was really nice.
I learnt the following obedient
1peter 1:22
Which talked about having purified your soul by your obedient to the truth for a sincere brotherly love.
It talked about been purified and having obedience.
Listening to the will of God and obeying him so that when we pray God will listen to us.
2 timothy 2:29
Here talked that lord knows those who are HIS and anyone who is following the will of God should depart from iniquity.
Galatians 5:19
Here explain that we should desist from things of the flesh like :
Adultery
Fornication
Envy
Jealousy
Witchcraft.
For when we do this we will not inherit the kingdom of God, for when one have any of this our prayers will be in vein.
Mattew 12:32-34
"Out of the abundant of the heart the mouth speak"
Because when the heart is evil what will come out of the mouth will be evil as well.
But when what is in the heart is good and the mouth speaks well,when you pray God will listen to you
But when the heart is evil God will not listen to your prayers for the eyes of the lord is over the righteous and HIS ears is open to our prayers.
According to st James:
Out of the mouth comes praises and also mockery can destroy ones connection with God.
The mouth is full of deadly poison,
The same mouth is perceive blessings and courses.
We are ought to speak good so as to obtain favour from God.
James 5:12
Don't swear let : is bad to swear and let your yes be yes and your no be no.
In conclusion
Be straight forward and do well not to fall into condemnation.
