It's an unforgivable sin if you speak evil word against God, but Apostle Paul did it when he was still a sinner, Apostle Paul was the president of sinners before he believe in Christ, he did terrible things, he killed early Christians, he womanised but he God changed him.
1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
