Not all cousins are from the same tribe, the fact that the Bible proves Mary and Elisabeth to cousins doesn't mean they are from the same tribe.
Elisabeth is a Levites Mary is not a Levites.
The scripture also proves that our Lord Jesus Christ came for Judah.
Hebrews 7:14
[14]For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.
