What is the right path in the bible? The right path is the path of the lord.
Jeremiah 6 verse 16 says;
Thus saith the lord,stand ye in the ways,and see and ask for the old paths,where is the good way,and walk therein,and ye shall find rest for your souls.But they said,we will not walk therein.
It the word of the lord that is recorded by jeremiah the prophet in this particular verse of the bible.so,the good way is among the old paths why old? In other translations of the bible former ways,in other translations old path.in the book of isaiah 56 verse 11 it says;
Yea,they are greedy dogs which can never have enough,and they are shepherd's that cannot understand;they all look to their own way,every one for his gain,from his quarter.
In our times has prophecy by isaiah the prophet there are shepherd's or pastors whom he calls greed dogs which can never have enough. They have no feeling of satiety,they always want more and more,they can never have enough and what is that thing that they can never have enough of according to the verse is gain. They look to their own way,they invented their own way,they formed their own way,they constructed their own way for his gain. They always want gain,money and profit.
In religion,they use religion as a means of profit,they are called by the bible as greedy dogs.
Jeremiah 6 verse 16 says it all,so This needs investigation you have to stand in the ways,ways are religions,ways are congregations of people that worship in a particular manner invented by their pastors.thats why now in the Philippines there are more or less two thousand ways,two thousand religions registered with the securities and exchange commission. we have to look for the old path. What is that old path and why is it old.
Ephesians 2 verse 10 says;.
For we his workmanship created in christ jesus unto good works,which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
The path wherein we should walk is before ordained by God .Before our creation that was prepared by the lord.God had prepared a path for us to traverse in this life and according to the apostle paul. We are his workmanship. It's called the prophecy as the old path or the old way and dotting the an why because it was prepared by God even before our creation.it is the way of the lord.the bible calls it the way of the lord,it is the lord that prepared that way 49 of the book of hosea 14:9 says;
Who is wise,and he shall understand these things? Prudent,and shall know them? For the ways of the lord are right,and the just shall walk in them:but the transgressors shall fall therein.
How can you be sure that you are on the right path,If you following thrl ways of lord and the ways of the lord and his commandments,his teachings,his ordinances those are God's ways and for us to be in the way of the lord,we have to live so many earthly things to traverse or to travel in the ways of the lord if you are a drunkard,if you are a fornicator or if you are a man with vices if you are a man who always lies etc...
