Hello my beloved brethren,it's great to be here and to share with you some biblical lessons I have learnt from Bro Eli messages on the topic:
Is it biblical to convince your loved ones to join your religion?
Well,we live in the world were our faith has been shaken,
Based on circumstances and situation some are doubting themselves their religion and are left in the state of confusion.
From Bro Eli messages he stated that it's better to know and understand the true religion before convincing any other person to join.
It's wrong to convince anyone on something that we ain't even sure of.
It's another way of being used by the devil.
The best way to convince someone to our religion is only if our religion is the true religion.
But when we are sure that our religion is the true religion it is biblically not wrong to convince others to join.
1Corithians 9:20-22
[20] And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; [21] To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. [22] To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
From the above scriptures Apostle Paul tried all his possible best to convince and convert people to the right religion.
So it is biblically not wrong if we try to convince people to join our religion.
But only if we are certain that we are on the right path, that's the true religion.
