Bible reference: Galatians 6:10, John 15:9
One of the things that matters a lot to God as His people is how we live our lives with one another. When God blesses us He doesn't do it so that it can be of benefits ourselves and ourselves alone. Just the same way as God has sent people to be blessings unto us that is the same way He has positioned us to be blessings to other people.
We don't need to be swimming in wealth before we can be of help to people. If we can't do good to people around us in our present situation in the little way we can we should not think that we'll be able to do so if we attain that higher position we are believing God for because it doesn't work that way.
Galatians 6:10 - As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Jesus set a good example to us when He was down here on earth. The Bible recorded that everywhere Jesus sojourned to he went about doing good. If we are His people then we should walk in his ways. When we do good to people around us we are doing the will of the Father in heaven.
John 15:9
As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
Jesus wants us to love one another. As a matter of fact it is one of the commandments he gave unto us to keep. When we say we love someone there are actions that should follow after that statement. Our love to be have to be evident if indeed it is genuine. In our day-to-day lives we should ensure to do good to people we come across.
