When God created humanity, He gave us dominion over the earth. We can say that Earth is our physical realm, while God's home is in Heaven, a spiritual realm. Just as we have boundaries and can't physically interact with the spiritual realm, God, in a sense, limited Himself regarding the happenings on Earth because He had already given authority to humanity in the first place.
Due to the authority God entrusted to us, nearly everything that occurs on Earth is a direct result of human actions, not God's. God gave humanity such complete control over the Earth that He even granted us free will which is the ability to choose and act as we wish, without compulsion. This means that for every action we take, there are consequences, and God Himself cannot intervene unless we reach out to Him.
2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face ce, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
In this powerful passage, it's evident that God is fully aware of the difficult situations His people might be facing. Yet, even though they are His people, their situation will remain unchanged until they call upon Him. Here, the blame isn't on God; it falls squarely on humanity. It's truly irresponsible to place the blame on someone else when the power to change lies with us.
