Overview
This is a small Micro Proposal test for the idea of actually incentivizing Celebrities and Artists with Telos cryptocurrency and using the blockchain smart contracts to eventually reward their fans , like tipit.io and their telos campaigns, directly over twitter to join them up to newlife and to sign them up to Zeptagram, all for $30-40 or 1900 telos!

Promoting Telos and Zeptagram & Telos to Tinashe and her Fans on Twitter
To promote Telos Blockchain Worker Proposals to Celebrities as a way to ask for funds for projects and get funding for fan giveaways for causes (Such has her recent Black Lives Matter Wave RV concert Charities)
Specifications
Tipit.io allows for telos tips on twitter and we can tip Tinashe and her active fans tokens and comments explaining how it works, how much money it is worth and how they can cash it out. Fans will learn about Telos and the opportunity for the worker proposal system to fund their artistic talents when used to promote the telos blockchain.
Milestones
We are now able to send telos to thousands of twitter users everyday using automatic campaigns to allow celebrities to auto reward fans who like or retweet a tweet about a new album, song or any art or content release. TIPIT.io added telos main net tips on discord telegram and twitter thanks to work on a proposal I helped with in a previous winning proposal cycle. I am proud to see Grimes on newlife, a product on telos I am so excited to get to be associated with just as an early adoption class user. I really am excited to get Tinashe onto Newlife.ai and Hive.blog which telos user Stellabelle has been posting on about Newlife and Music artist Grimes. After also hearing that Deadmau5 is cooperating with EOSIO Emanate, and knowing about Zeptagram the telos music rights licensing dapp, i thought we need to try for African American inclusion in this big life changing blockchain tech and to continue Telos’s proud tradition of helping minorities in a very unforced way. I thought it prudent considering recent events to reach out to an artist I listen to a lot, my youtube history is public :) and I thought telos should be sent to Tinashe We can send telos to her twitter account using Tipit and directly to her music fans who have the top posts on her twitter.
Telos, newlife, and zeptagram could use a portal to help contact artists using their existing twitter accounts which we can now use as wallets on telos thanks to https://tipit.io and their campaigns which can be used for the Fan token distribution
I believe this small 1900 Telos Proposal will allow me to start a TREND for OTHER proposals to be written with more effort by those with more time, to get OTHER artists on Telos!
