OUTLINE OF WORLD HISTORY

The following will mention a few random dates relating to anything Before Christ (B.C.). This is an incomplete rough draft of a few events from the past. I wanted to briefly make this. I'm not saying the dates here are accurate. Different people have suggested different dates for events since the dawn of time itself. I've included a few links. My desire is to come back in future articles with more details and everything.

The creation of the universe via the Big Bang Theory according to Wikipedia.

This is an example of a date people disagree with. Some suggest the universe is billions of years old, that it goes back to 13 B.C. (Before Christ) or BC or BCE.

Some of these estimates may range between 12 to 14 billion years as of 2021. It depends on who you ask. Others believe in a Young Earth created by God or by higher powers. In other words, some people teach in Intelligent Design, that we are not accidents.

In the 1900s, schools would teach the universe was billions of years old. The earth is said to be millions of years old. They say dinosaurs have been roaming the planet for eons. So, I could add an outline detailing the different time periods regarding these dates. For now, I'm going to skip anything before like a million years before Christ or I'm going to skip a whole bunch. I personally believe the earth may be less than ten thousand years old. Well, I'm open minded regarding many things. There are so many things we can talk about. For example, some people believe in a Gap Theory as mentioned or not mentioned between the first and second verses of the first chapter of Genesis which is the first book of the Christian Bible. The Gap Theory suggests angels, demons, and/or whatever were living on earth for millions of years or for a long time. They say the Bible is hinting at how the earth became empty and chaotic. They say perhaps creatures or whatever lived and then were destroyed or something. I don't know if I believe in that theory. I'm not going to say that kind of thing is impossible. If true, it would mean the earth is thousands if not millions of years old. Perhaps older than what some think. But perhaps still not as old as what others suggest. For now, I'm going to skip the Gap Theory and Evolution and the Big Bang and all of those kinds of things. It would probably take millions of years to investigate millions of years. Lets skip ahead to more recent events.

3 MILLION BC

The Early Old Stone Age or Lower Paleolithic time period goes from roughly 3 million B.C. to like 300,000 B.C. give or take some thousands of years according to Wikipedia.

Homo Sapiens emerged from Africa, according to Wikipedia.

Archery started in Africa according to Wikipedia.

Creation of the Universe

4000 BC may have been around the time the universe was created according to Answers In Genesis, that the earth is around 6,000 years old. Some believe the universe and everything is older than that.

King Solomon

970 BC - Solomon became king of the United Kingdom of Israel. His reign went to 931 BC.

Birth of Christ

5 BC may have been when Christ was born.

Some suggest Jesus was born in the month of November. Others suggest it may have been on the 2nd day of September or as early as August. Some suggest it may have been a few years later. Perhaps Jesus was born before 1 A.D. Some believe Jesus was born in December just in time for Christmas.
